Sailing around Nantucket, a history, geography and pilot for the waters of Nantucket Island, written by Alfie sanford  was published this month by Mill Hill Press of Nantucket. Surrounding and within Nantucket Island are ocean waters, sounds, bays, harbors, estuaries, creeks and marshes--navigable water of almost every form. Sanford uses stories from his 7 decades of sailing the Island waters to illustrate  the features of this magnificent body  of water.
